Terms & Conditions – Fibre to the Room

 

  1. Installation Location: Can only be installed in a single premise, not extendable to separate buildings.
  2. Wi-Fi Coverage: Wi-Fi coverage can be influenced by multiple external factors beyond the operator’s control. Our Access Points are Wi-Fi 6 powered and provide strong signal, however we cannot guarantee the throughput or reach.
  3. Free Home Wi-Fi Surveys: AED 150 service survey fee will be waived if the service installation occurs on the same tech visit.
  4. Network Setup:  Our Etisalat by e& field engineers will plan your home Wi-Fi network and design it for the right number of Access Points.
  5. Approved Equipment: Only Etisalat-approved routers and devices are to be used.
  6. Mesh access points will be replaced free of charge if they fail within the first 2 years of the subscription, provided there is no tampering or misuse by the customer. If the router is damaged or tampered with, the cost of the device will be charged as per applicable rates.
  7. Monthly Charges: AED 129/month per Fibre to the Room service (5% VAT excl.) , covering devices, fibre connections, and installation.
  8. Auto-Renewal: Monthly auto-renewed once subscribed.
  9. Cancelation: to unsubscribe anytime via call center, retail stores, or My Etisalat UAE app. Keep devices/routers after cancellation.
  10. Cancellation Fee: AED 1,000 (5% VAT excl.) if you cancel the service within the first 2 years of subscription.
